What to expect:
- An initial conversation regarding your pets needs.
- Most full grooms are 45 mins to 1.5 hours depending on size, behavior and current condition.
- It is best to stay on a 6 week or less schedule to ensure you have an appt. If you choose to stay as a ‘call in’ customer you may have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment.
- All price estimates are just that…. Estimates. If the behavior of the dog, age/health or condition is not accurate at the time of appointment the price will be adjusted based on the time needed to complete the groom.
- If the dog has had prior issues with grooming PLEASE be upfront about it. This will ensure everyone’s safety.
- 24 hour cancellations are required. For repeat cancellations, a credit cared will be held on file.
- All scheduling is confirmed the day before and timing may need to be adjusted based on route and the amount of dogs booked in that day.
